Targeted Lifting: What a Personalized Ultherapy® Treatment Really Looks Like

A treatment designed around the face, not a formula.

If you’ve started noticing soft skin around your jawline or a subtle drop in your brow, your first thought might be that you need a complete facial lift. But skin laxity doesn’t show up everywhere at the same rate.

A well-planned Ultherapy® session considers where treatment makes sense, what level is appropriate, and what can complement your results.

Here’s how we tailor Ultherapy® to you at Simply Skin.

Map Your Focus Zones

You don’t have to treat your whole face.

This is one of the most important things to understand about Ultherapy®. Treatment can be concentrated on the areaswhere you’re actually looking for lift—whether that’s the brows, eyes, cheeks, jawline, under the chin, neck, or a combination of zones.

Your consultation can identify the areas where a lift would contribute most to your overall result. The idea is to be intentional about where treatment is applied, rather than assuming every area needs the same attention. Your plan can be focused or more comprehensive depending on your needs and goals.

Select Your Treatment Depth

Once you know where you want to focus, the next question is how.

Ultherapy®, Ultherapy® Plus, and Ultherapy® Pro represent different treatment approaches, allowing the scope of a session to be matched to the degree of laxity and the outcome you’re working toward.

Think of them less as a ranking and more as different ways of approaching the same broader goal: supporting lift and firmness.

Your Skin Expert will help determine which level makes the most sense for you based on your current skin and goals. And because your skin doesn’t stay the same, your treatment approach doesn’t have to either. As your concerns change over time, your Ultherapy® settings can be adjusted in future sessions to match where your skin is then.

Combine Structural and Surface Care

Ultherapy® has a specific role: supporting lift and firmness. If your goals extend beyond that—say, to include expression lines—there may be value in bringing another treatment into the conversation.

Botox® can complement Ultherapy® by addressing dynamic lines caused by repeated facial movement. Used together, they can address different dimensions of facial aging: structural support on one hand, movement-related lines on the other.

Both treatments can also be performed on the same day, allowing you to address multiple concerns in a single visit.

A Treatment Plan, Not a Treatment Template

This is ultimately what personalization should mean.

Your Ultherapy® session may cover one zone or several. It may call for a more focused or comprehensive treatment approach. It may stand on its own or be complemented by Botox®.

Those choices are what make the session specific to you. More importantly, they give your treatment room to evolve. As your skin changes and your priorities shift, your Ultherapy® plan can be reassessed and refined with you.
