If you’ve ever found yourself caught in a cycle of spot-treating, switching products, and hoping for an overnight miracle, you already know the truth: acne isn’t solved by a single product. But it also shouldn't require a confusing 10-step routine that feels impossible to maintain.
Your skin is dynamic, constantly changing with your life, your stress, and your environment. A complete acne treatment plan honors that reality. It moves away from panic buying and moves toward a sustainable, long-term relationship with your skin.
So, what does a truly complete—and doable—acne plan actually look like?
A Core 3-Step Rhythm
Skincare should be easy to follow through on and effective enough to make a difference. A complete acne plan doesn’t need to be complicated. It only needs the right steps, in the right order: clear, target, and care.
Clear: Address the buildup and congestion that can contribute to breakouts. Professional cleansing and extraction can help remove what your everyday routine may not, giving the skin a cleaner starting point.
Target: Treat the concern that needs the most attention. This could mean calming inflammation and active bumps or, when breakouts become less of a concern, shifting your focus toward the aftermath: fading post-acne marks, refining visible pores, and smoothing uneven texture.
Care: Support your skin between treatments. A consistent home routine and regular facial or laser sessions help maintain progress, rather than waiting for the acne cycle to repeat itself.
Meeting Your Skin Where It’s At
The biggest flaw in traditional acne routines is rigidity. People buy an "acne set" and use it endlessly, even when their skin turns dry, irritated, or moves into a healing phase that needs hydration over exfoliation.
Acne management is a long-term commitment. Just like going to the gym or eating well, consistency is where the transformation happens.
Treating your skin to a dedicated monthly session takes the stress out of daily guessing games. It gives you a chance to reassess what your skin needs and let expert guidance shape what comes next.
Our Progress Plans are designed around this idea, pairing treatments with recommended intervals to make consistency easier to maintain.
What Your Acne Treatment Plan Can Look Like
Here’s one example of how your treatments might be spaced out when the priority is first clearing active concerns, then shifting attention to what’s left behind.
Weeks 1–4: Clear and decongest
The Essential Facial gently cleanses, hydrates, and exfoliates skin to clear accumulated buildup and congestion. With no pricking or downtime, it can be scheduled every 2 weeks to keep the skin consistently refreshed and decongested.
As needed: Pimple Injection
For larger, more persistent acne, pimple injections help calm inflammation and reduce swelling.
Weeks 5–8: Continue and reassess
At this stage, the goal is to look beyond individual bumps and see how your skin is responding overall. Are breakouts becoming less frequent? Is congestion easier to manage? If active acne remains the main concern, continue to prioritize decongestion. As the skin settles, the focus can gradually shift to post-acne concerns.
Weeks 9–12+: Target what remains
The Lift + Restore Ritual is a dual-laser treatment that addresses marks and scars, visible pores, texture, and skin laxity. It’s recommended every 4 weeks.
The timeline can overlap and change depending on your skin. Sequencing complementary treatments allows each session to build on the last, rather than treating every appointment as a standalone fix.
The Real Work Happens Between Breakouts
It’s easy to think of acne care as something you do when a new pimple appears. But some of the most valuable work happens when there’s nothing urgent to fix: keeping congestion from building up, supporting the skin barrier, and maintaining the improvements you’ve already made.
That’s what turns acne care from a reaction into a ritual—not waiting for the next breakout to tell you it’s time to start again.
