Between slow mornings and mindful pauses, Ina finds comfort in rituals that ground her. With small wins that encourage her to keep showing up, she embraces progress with honesty and openness.
Tell us something about yourself! What would you like us to call you and what do you want people to know you for?
You can call me Ina. I’m the founder of Continuiti, a clothing rental business built around circular fashion, accessibility, and self-expression. I want to be known for creating something that helps people explore their style while being kind to the planet. I’m still figuring things out, but I’m proud to be building something that reflects what I believe in.
How would you describe your Rituals in three words?
Intentional, sensory, grounding.
My routines help me feel centered. I like starting the day slow with coffee or matcha, depending on what I’m in the mood for. I take my time getting ready and usually stick to the same outfit formula with small variations. It brings me comfort.
When I feel anxious or overwhelmed, I pause to figure out what’s going on. Sometimes I act on it, sometimes I just let myself sit with it. My rituals are really about making space to feel and reset without rushing.
Give us a little update—what are three things that made you feel good recently?
A session at Simply Skin that made me feel refreshed.
We recently wrapped a shoot for Continuiti where everything just clicked–from the talents to the styling to the energy on set. It felt like a creative win and a reminder of why I love building this.
I’ve been avoiding short-form video content in the morning because I’ve noticed it makes me feel groggy for the rest of the day. Instead, I’ll scroll through Pinterest or do something low-stimulus to ease into my morning with more clarity.
What’s one secret you can lend to a fellow Woman in Progress®️ for a great journey towards progress?
You don’t need to have it all figured out before starting. Most of the time, you figure things out by doing, and it’s okay if that process is messy. What matters more is showing up with honesty and staying close to what feels true to you. Let yourself change. Let your work change with you. You don’t need to wait for the perfect timing or version of yourself to begin. Just start, and keep adjusting along the way.
