Your Post-Treatment Ritual
Your gentle guide to what’s next

You just took a progressive step forward for your skin. Now it’s time to support it—gently, intentionally, and with a little more care than usual. This page is your go-to for staying comfortable and making the most of your results.

Redness? Tingling? Wondering if you're doing things right? Here's what to keep in mind:

Step 1: Cool with Intention

  • If advised, gently press a clean cold compress or an ice pack wrapped in cloth over the treated area—10 minutes every hour within the first 24 hours. It helps soothe, ease warmth, and calm swelling.

  • Avoid direct rinsing unless told otherwise by your specialist.

Step 2: Apply Anti-Inflammatory Cream

  • Use every 6–8 hours for the next 3–5 days, or whenever your skin needs extra support. This helps calm the area and ease irritation.

Step 3: Hydrate + Protect

  • Once your cream settles in, layer on a simple, non-irritating moisturizer. SPF is non-negotiable—rain or shine, it shields your progress.

Step 4: Check in with yourself (and us)

  • If you’re noticing redness, itching, or anything unexpected beyond 48 hours, reach out. No question is too small, our team’s always here to support your skin’s progress.

A Few Gentle Reminders

  • Pause your actives, scrubs, and exfoliants for now
